Position Summary

The First Officer is responsible for supporting the safe and efficient operation of company aircraft while delivering an exceptional private aviation experience. This position assists the Captain during all phases of flight, maintains compliance with FAA regulations and company procedures, and provides a concierge-level service experience for passengers. The First Officer serves as a professional aviator while supporting safe, reliable, and customer-focused flight operations.

Schedule
• Full-Time
• Variable schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Multi-day trips with overnight travel.
• Duty periods of up to 14 hours per day.
• Tours lasting up to eight consecutive days.
• Domestic and international travel required.

Responsibilities
• Assist with the safe operation of company aircraft during all phases of flight.
• Conduct flight operations in accordance with FAA regulations, aircraft operating manuals, and standard operating procedures.
• Greet passengers, provide pre-flight briefings, weather updates, and itinerary information.
• Deliver exceptional in-flight customer service, including catering and beverage service.
• Load, secure, and unload passenger baggage.
• Serve as a liaison between passengers and FBO personnel throughout each trip.
• Report aircraft maintenance discrepancies and complete required maintenance documentation.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism while accommodating passengers, including those traveling with pets or who smoke.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements
• FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate, Restricted ATP (R-ATP), or meet FAA ATP/R-ATP eligibility requirements.
• ATP Written completed prior to the start of Indoctrination Training.
• FAA First Class Medical Certificate.
• FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit.
• Valid passport with unrestricted international travel.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Minimum 1,500 total flight hours, or qualify under one of the following FAA R-ATP pathways:
• 1,250 hours with an approved university R-ATP certificate.
• 1,000 hours with military pilot qualifications.
• 1,000 hours with an approved university R-ATP certificate.
• Minimum 200 hours cross-country flight time (greater than 50 nautical miles).
• Minimum 250 hours fixed-wing Pilot in Command (PIC) time.
• Minimum 100 hours of night flight time, or 75 hours with at least 45 night takeoffs and landings.
• Minimum 75 hours of actual or simulated instrument flight time (excluding simulator time).
• Minimum 50 hours fixed-wing multi-engine flight time.
• Ability to obtain airport authority, U.S. Customs, and TSA security clearances.
• Ability to work varying schedules, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and extended duty periods.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally for extended periods.
• Ability to manage required rest periods to remain flight-ready throughout assigned tours.
• Ability to work around animals, including handling pets during flights.
• Ability to conduct flights for passengers who smoke.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and decision-making skills.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications
• FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate (if applying under ATP eligibility or R-ATP eligibility).
• Previous corporate, charter, or fractional ownership flight experience.
• Strong customer service or hospitality experience.
• Experience operating in a fast-paced, customer-focused flight environment.
