Position Summary

The First Officer is responsible for assisting the Captain in the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of company aircraft while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This position operates approximately 3–5 flight legs per day and is based in White Plains, New York, with schedules designed to return pilots to their home base each night whenever possible.

Schedule
• Full-Time.
• Approximately 14–16 duty days per month.
• Approximately 3–5 flight legs per day.

Responsibilities
• Assist the Captain during all phases of flight operations.
• Review aircraft maintenance status, weather, NOTAMs, routing, and fuel requirements.
• Conduct required pre-flight inspections and cockpit procedures.
• Operate aircraft in accordance with FAA regulations and company SOPs.
• Coordinate with Dispatch, ATC, Flight Attendants, and Ground Operations.
• Assist with post-flight duties, including cabin preparation and maintenance reporting.
• Support baggage handling when required.
• Participate in recurrent training and proficiency evaluations.
• Maintain the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and customer service.

Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 800 hours total flight time.
• Minimum 50 hours multi-engine time.
• Minimum 100 flight hours within the previous 12 months.
• No FAA violations, accidents, incidents, or certificate suspensions.
• No significant training or checkride failures.
• Valid FAA Pilot Certificate appropriate for the operating position.
• Current FAA ATP or Commercial Multi-Engine Certificate.
• FAA First Class Medical Certificate.
• FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Valid passport.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications
• 1,000+ hours total flight time.
• Turbine aircraft experience.

Compensation
• $150/day during training, plus per diem.
• $176–$259/day while on the line, plus per diem.
• Guaranteed 14-day minimum monthly salary.
