The First Officer serves as Second-in-Command for private aviation operations conducted under Part 91 and Part 135. The position supports safe and efficient flight operations while maintaining the professional standards expected within private aviation.

Responsibilities
• Serve as Second-in-Command for assigned flight operations.
• Support the Pilot in Command throughout all phases of flight.
• Conduct assigned duties in accordance with applicable regulations and operating procedures.
• Support Part 91 and Part 135 private aviation operations.
• Maintain required pilot qualifications, proficiency, and operational readiness.

Requirements
• FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate.
• Minimum 3,000 hours Total Time.
• Minimum 500 hours Multi-Engine Turbine.
• Part 91 or Part 135 operating experience.

• GVII Type Rating.
• CL-30 Type Rating.
• CE-680 Type Rating.
• CE-525 Type Rating.
• EMB-505 Type Rating.
