Description
Position Summary
Seeking a Captain responsible for the safe, efficient, comfortable, and on-time operation of company aircraft. The Captain serves as Pilot-in-Command on assigned flights while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, safety, and operational excellence. Pilots can expect to fly approximately 300 to 450 hours annually and should be prepared for up to 80% travel.
Responsibilities
• Perform duties in accordance with Federal Aviation Regulations, company policies, and Operations Specifications
• Exercise sound judgment in the safe and efficient operation of assigned flights
• Contribute to operational decision-making for the safe conduct of flight operations
• Assess current and anticipated flight environments while identifying operational threats and errors
• Exchange information, ideas, and instructions in a timely manner
• Manage tasks to optimize overall crew performance
• Promote teamwork, professionalism, and mentorship
• Foster a safe and collaborative cockpit environment
• Mentor junior crewmembers
• Complete all required FAA and company training programs and proficiency checks
• Promote a favorable company image through professional conduct
• Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
• Unrestricted FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate with Airplane Multi-Engine Rating and English Proficiency Endorsement
• Minimum 3,000 Total Flight Hours
• Minimum 1,500 Pilot-in-Command Hours
• FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit
• Current FAA First Class Medical Certificate
• U.S. Citizenship or legal authorization to work in the United States
• Current Passport or ability to obtain one within 90 days
• Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and varying schedules
• Residence that allows reporting within two hours of dispatch call during assigned duty periods
• Minimum age of 23 years
• No accidents, incidents, or enforcement actions within the previous three years
• Excellent written, verbal, analytical, mathematical, and observation skills
• Ability to react appropriately during emergencies
• Ability to think logically and proactively
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
• Ability to stand and walk for up to two hours
• Ability to sit for up to six hours
Preferred Qualifications
• Learjet 45 Type Rating
• Embraer EMB-500 Type Rating
• Minimum 500 Turbine Hours
• FAR Part 91 or Part 135 flight department experience
• International operations experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Aviation or Business-related field
• More than 250 PIC Hours in Learjet 45/75, Embraer Phenom 100, or Pilatus PC-12 aircraft
