Description

Position Summary
The company is seeking a qualified Second in Command to support the Pilot in Command in the safe and efficient operation of the Phenom 300. The SIC will provide technical and operational support while maintaining high standards of safety, teamwork, and customer service.


Schedule
• Full-Time schedule not specified.
• Must be available for varying hours, including days, nights, weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be highly flexible and able to adjust to rapid schedule changes.


Responsibilities
• Support the Pilot in Command in the safe and efficient operation of company aircraft.
• Maintain compliance with FAA regulations and company operational policies.
• Exercise effective decision-making in varying operational conditions.
• Coordinate effectively with flight attendants, ground crews, and maintenance personnel.
• Provide exceptional customer service to high-profile passengers and executives.
• Maintain proficiency with applicable aviation technology and navigation systems.
• Assist with troubleshooting technical and operational issues.
• Maintain currency with applicable industry standards and best practices.


Requirements
• Minimum 1,200 hours total flight time.
• Minimum 50 hours multi-engine time.
• Valid FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate with instrument and multi-engine ratings.
• Valid FAA Second Class Medical Certificate.
• Valid FCC Restricted Radio Operator’s Permit.
• International flight experience and familiarity with international regulations and procedures.
• Valid passport with unrestricted ability to travel internationally.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Fluent ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Strong communication, decision-making, teamwork, and customer service skills.
