Description

Position Summary

The Cirrus SR22 Pilot will serve as Pilot in Command, supporting fleet operations by rapidly transporting personnel and aircraft parts to AOG aircraft throughout the Southeastern United States. This position is designed for a pilot seeking significant monthly flight time and offers a defined pathway to a Learjet 60 SIC position after reaching 500 hours with the operation.


Schedule
• Expected flight time of approximately 50–100+ hours per month.
• Must be capable of being airborne within 60 minutes of the initial call.
• On peak days, must be stationed at the TIX Airport facility and ready for immediate response.
• 5 hard days off per month.
• Must live or relocate within 30 minutes of TIX Airport.


Responsibilities
• Serve as Pilot in Command of the Cirrus SR22.
• Rapidly transport personnel and aircraft parts in support of AOG aircraft.
• Conduct flight planning and review weather conditions at departure, destination, en route, and alternate airports.
• Calculate and review aircraft weight and balance, fuel requirements, and performance data.
• Ensure required preflight inspections are completed.
• Comply with schedules and other directives governing aircraft operations.
• Coordinate and monitor assigned crew members as applicable.
• Represent the operation professionally when interacting with executive clients and other charter operators.
• Maintain high standards of safety, professionalism, customer service, and operational readiness.
• Perform other duties as assigned.


Requirements
• FAA First Class Medical Certificate.
• Minimum 500 hours Total Flight Time.
• Must live or relocate within 30 minutes of TIX Airport.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple responsibilities.
• Excellent time management and customer relations skills.
• Ability to successfully complete required pre-employment drug testing and background checks.


Preferred Qualifications
• 1,000 hours Total Flight Time.
• Previous Cirrus experience and/or CSIP endorsement.
• Experience operating in Florida weather conditions.
• Experience flying in the Bahamas.
