Position Summary

The Falcon 900EX EASy Pilot in Command is responsible for the safe, efficient, and professional operation of the aircraft across Part 91 and Part 135 Corporate and Charter operations. The position supports a three-pilot account operating approximately 350 hours annually and requires experience in comparable long-range business aircraft.

Schedule
• Approximately 200 hours of Part 91 and 150 hours of Part 135 flying annually.
• Varying day and night schedules, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
• Owner flights are routinely scheduled approximately 15 days in advance for domestic trips and 30 days in advance for international trips.

Responsibilities
• Serve as Pilot in Command during assigned Part 91 and Part 135 operations.
• Ensure flights are conducted safely, efficiently, and in accordance with applicable regulations and operating procedures.
• Coordinate with maintenance personnel regarding scheduled and unscheduled maintenance requirements and aircraft discrepancies.
• Conduct preflight inspections and monitor aircraft systems and operational condition.
• Review current weather, forecasts, NOTAMs, airport conditions, and alternate requirements.
• Coordinate with ground operations and trip support for flight preparation and post-flight activities.
• Maintain complete knowledge of aircraft systems, emergency procedures, and operating limitations.
• Complete required flight records, trip paperwork, discrepancy reports, and operational documentation.
• Participate in recurrent training, safety briefings, and required qualification events.
• Provide professional service to aircraft owners and passengers.
• Provide leadership and coordination to other flight department crew members.

Requirements
• FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate.
• Previous comparable aircraft type rating.
• Current FAA First Class Medical Certificate.
• Minimum 5,000 hours Total Fixed-Wing.
• Minimum 2,500 hours Multi-Engine.
• Minimum 2,000 hours PIC.
• Minimum 1,500 hours Turbine.
• Minimum 250 hours Night.
• Minimum five years of Part 91/135 experience.
• FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit.
• Valid passport and state driver’s license.
• Unrestricted ability to travel throughout the European Union, Canada, and Caribbean.
• Ability to successfully complete required drug and alcohol screening.

Preferred Qualifications
• Falcon 900EX EASy experience.
• 250 hours PIC in comparable aircraft within the previous 12 months.
• 500 hours as a flight crew member conducting international operations.
• Familiarity with EASA operations and non-contiguous U.S. flying.
• Residence in the New York Metro or South Florida region.
