Description
Position Summary
The company is seeking an experienced Pilot in Command to safely and efficiently operate the Phenom 300. The PIC is responsible for regulatory and operational compliance while demonstrating strong leadership, decision-making, communication, and customer service.
Schedule
• Must be available for varying hours, including days, nights, weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be extremely flexible and able to adjust to rapid changes.
Responsibilities
• Safely and efficiently operate company aircraft as Pilot in Command.
• Maintain compliance with FAA regulations and company operational policies.
• Maintain a strong commitment to safety and established safety protocols.
• Exercise effective decision-making under pressure and in varying operational conditions.
• Coordinate with flight attendants, ground crews, and maintenance personnel.
• Provide exceptional customer service to high-profile passengers and executives.
• Maintain proficiency with applicable aviation technology and navigation systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical and operational issues as necessary.
• Maintain currency with industry standards and best practices.
Requirements
• Minimum 2,500 hours total flight time.
• Minimum 1,000 hours turbine time.
• Minimum 1,000 hours Pilot in Command.
• Minimum 2,000 hours fixed-wing time.
• Appropriate Phenom 300 EMB-505 Type Rating; company is willing to type the right candidate.
• Valid FAA ATP Certificate with multi-engine rating.
• Valid FAA First Class Medical Certificate.
• Valid FCC Restricted Radio Operator’s Permit.
• International flight experience and familiarity with international regulations and procedures.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Valid passport with unrestricted ability to travel internationally.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.
• Strong communication, decision-making, teamwork, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
