Position Summary

The Pilot in Command (PIC) is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the Pilatus PC-24 during domestic and international corporate flight operations. This position ensures compliance with FAA regulations and company procedures while overseeing all aspects of flight planning, aircraft operation, passenger service, and aircraft readiness to deliver a safe and professional travel experience.

Schedule
• Full-Time
• Multi-day and overnight travel required
• Day, night, weekend, and holiday flying as operationally required

Responsibilities
• Serve as Pilot in Command (PIC) for all assigned flight operations
• Make final operational decisions regarding flight scheduling, routing, delays, or cancellations based on safety considerations
• Ensure compliance with FAA regulations, international requirements, and company operating procedures
• Conduct pre-flight and post-flight inspections, flight planning, weather analysis, and fuel planning
• Review NOTAMs and develop contingency plans for each flight
• Complete all required flight records and documentation accurately and on time
• Maintain thorough knowledge of aircraft systems, limitations, and emergency procedures
• Verify aircraft airworthiness, required documentation, and maintenance status
• Coordinate aircraft maintenance, inspections, and discrepancy reporting
• Maintain aircraft records and logbooks in accordance with FAA requirements
• Deliver a professional passenger experience while managing onboard cabin supplies and catering
• Maintain all required pilot qualifications and certifications

Requirements
• FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate
• FAA Multi-Engine Land Rating
• Current Instrument Rating (IFR)
• High Altitude Endorsement
• High Performance Endorsement
• Current FAA First- or Second-Class Medical Certificate
• Minimum 2,000 hours total flight time
• Minimum 1,000 hours Pilot-in-Command (PIC) time
• Minimum 1,000 hours multi-engine flight time
• Ability to reside within 45 minutes of Clinton National Airport in Little Rock, Arkansas, or relocate within one month of hire
• Valid passport with ability to travel internationally
• Clean FAA record with no accidents, incidents, or enforcement actions
• Ability to pass required drug screening, background check, and flight physical
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Ability to lift and carry up to 100 pounds

Preferred Qualifications
• 250 hours PIC in the Pilatus PC-24
• 1,000 hours turbine flight time
• 150 hours night flight time
• Pilatus PC-24 type rating
• Current PC-24 training qualification
