Position Summary

The Pilot (Second in Command) supports safe and efficient Part 135 flight operations throughout South Florida and The Bahamas. This position assists the Pilot in Command during scheduled and charter flights while participating in a structured training program designed to develop the experience and qualifications necessary for advancement to Captain.

Schedule
• Full-Time
• Scheduled and charter flight operations
• Travel throughout South Florida and The Bahamas

Responsibilities
• Assist the Pilot in Command during all phases of flight
• Conduct pre-flight preparation and right-seat flight duties
• Support passenger service and ensure a professional customer experience
• Assist with aircraft loading and weight and balance calculations
• Complete FAA Part 135 ground and flight training requirements
• Participate in scheduled and on-demand charter operations
• Perform additional operational duties as assigned by the Captain

Requirements
• FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate – Airplane Single Engine Land (ASEL)
• Current FAA Second-Class Medical Certificate
• Current Instrument Rating with Part 61/91 proficiency
• Minimum 200 hours total flight time
• Valid U.S. Passport with unrestricted travel to The Bahamas
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English in accordance with FAA requirements
• Clean FAA record with no certificate suspensions or revocations
• Ability to pass DOT/FAA-required drug and alcohol screening
• No significant aviation violations or recent accidents/incidents

Preferred Qualifications
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
