Description

Position Summary

The Pilot (Second in Command) is responsible for supporting the safe and efficient operation of the Gulfstream IV during Part 91 and Part 135 flight operations. This position assists the Pilot in Command in ensuring regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and an exceptional experience for passengers while maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism.

Responsibilities
• Assist in the safe operation of the Gulfstream IV during all phases of flight
• Review aircraft maintenance status prior to flight operations
• Conduct pre-flight inspections in accordance with the approved Aircraft Flight Manual
• Review weather, routing, airports, and alternate airport requirements prior to departure
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and applicable Federal Aviation Regulations
• Promote the safety of passengers, crew members, and the aircraft
• Complete all required trip documentation accurately and in accordance with company procedures


Requirements
• FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate
• Appropriate Gulfstream IV SIC Type Rating
• Current FAA First-Class Medical Certificate
• Minimum 2,500 hours total flight time
• Minimum 500 hours multi-engine flight time
• Minimum 200 hours instrument flight time
• Minimum 200 hours turbine flight time
• Minimum 200 hours in Gulfstream IV or applicable aircraft type
• Knowledge of FAA Part 91 and Part 135 regulations
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to make sound operational decisions and prioritize effectively
• Ability to maintain a valid First-Class Medical Certificate
• Must reside within a two-hour call-out of the assigned aircraft base (preferred local candidates)
