Position Summary
The Pilot is responsible for supporting the safe operation of assigned private aircraft during domestic and international flights. This position works as part of a two-pilot crew, supports the Pilot in Command, and ensures compliance with applicable regulations and company procedures while providing professional, customer-focused service to aircraft owners and passengers.

Schedule
• Full-time.
• Scheduled rotation.
• Domestic and international operations.
• Pilots must be able to report to their assigned domicile within 2 hours regardless of weather conditions.
• Commuting to and from the assigned domicile is company-paid and occurs during scheduled workdays.

Responsibilities
• Support the Pilot in Command on all assigned flights.
• Perform assigned flight crew duties in a safe, professional, and efficient manner.
• Maintain effective crew coordination throughout flight operations.
• Complete duty assignments and training as directed by flight operations leadership.
• Greet passengers and assist with seating and luggage storage.
• Conduct required passenger briefings.
• Assist with emergency evacuations when necessary.
• Perform duties in accordance with the Crew Flight Manual and Flight Deck Handbook.
• Maintain required medical certification and report conditions that could affect fitness for flight.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
• Must meet FAA ATP minimum requirements, with ATP written completed and eligibility to complete the ATP practical test.
• Current FAA First Class Medical Certificate.
• Valid passport.
• Ability to obtain a CANPASS permit.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Ability to travel internationally without restriction to destinations served by the operation.
• Working knowledge of FAR Part 135, Part 91 Subpart K, and Part 91 regulations.
• Knowledge of FAA, ICAO, and international flight operations regulations.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong interpersonal, written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Computer proficiency with word processing, email, and web-based applications.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Must reside near or be willing to relocate near an approved domicile and report within 2 hours.

Preferred Qualifications
• 3,000 hours total flight time.
• Bachelor’s degree in Aviation, Aviation Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Previous Part 135, Part 91K, or corporate aviation experience.
• Military aviation experience.
• Pilot in Command experience.
• Turbine flight experience.
• Experience in applicable fleet aircraft.
