Description

Position Summary
The company is seeking a qualified Second in Command to support the Pilot in Command in the safe and efficient operation of the Praetor 500/600. The SIC will contribute to safe flight operations while providing strong technical support, teamwork, and professional customer service.


Schedule
• Must be available for varying hours, including days, nights, weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be extremely flexible and able to adjust to rapid changes.


Responsibilities
• Support the Pilot in Command in the safe and efficient operation of company aircraft.
• Maintain compliance with FAA regulations and company operational policies.
• Maintain a strong commitment to safety and established safety protocols.
• Exercise effective decision-making under pressure and in varying operational conditions.
• Coordinate with flight attendants, ground crews, and maintenance personnel.
• Provide exceptional customer service to high-profile passengers and executives.
• Maintain proficiency with applicable aviation technology and navigation systems.
• Assist with troubleshooting technical and operational issues.
• Maintain currency with industry standards and best practices.


Requirements
• Minimum 2,000 hours total flight time.
• Minimum 500 hours multi-engine time.
• Valid FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate with instrument and multi-engine ratings.
• Valid FAA Second Class Medical Certificate.
• Valid FCC Restricted Radio Operator’s Permit.
• International flight experience and familiarity with international regulations and procedures.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Valid passport with unrestricted ability to travel internationally.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.
• Strong communication, decision-making, teamwork, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
