Position Summary

The First Officer supports the Pilot in Command in the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of company aircraft. This role assists with all phases of flight operations while maintaining the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Pilot in Command in all phases of flight operations
• Perform pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight duties
• Ensure aircraft readiness including inspections, cleanliness, and documentation
• Maintain compliance with FAA regulations and company SOPs
• Support flight planning, navigation, and communication
• Maintain accurate flight records and documentation
• Coordinate with maintenance and operations teams
• Provide a high level of professionalism and customer service
• Monitor and report safety or operational concerns
• Be prepared to assume PIC responsibilities if required

Requirements

• Commercial Pilot Certificate
• Instrument Rating
• Second Class Medical
• 3,000 Total Flight Hours
• International flight experience
• Must meet all currency requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Challenger 300/350 experience
• Jet experience (PIC or SIC)
