Position Summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking pilots to support company-operated King Air 350 shuttle operations under Part 91 flight operations while maintaining high standards of safety, professionalism, and operational reliability.

Schedule

Monday through Friday employee shuttle operations with pilots home most nights and weekends off.


Responsibilities

• Operate company-owned King Air 350 aircraft under Part 91 operations
• Conduct safe and efficient employee shuttle flights
• Maintain compliance with FAA regulations and company procedures
• Participate in FAA-approved drug and alcohol screening programs
• Complete required FAA flight proficiency evaluations
• Support operational scheduling and flight readiness

• Ability to reside within one hour of base airport


Requirements

Pilot 2 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years aviation experience OR High School Diploma with 6 years aviation experience
• Must have passed ATP written exam
• Meet FAA requirements to obtain ATP
• FAA Multi-Engine Certificate
• FAA First Class Medical Certificate with no waivers
• Ability to pass FAA pilot record and security background checks

Pilot 3 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years aviation experience OR High School Diploma with 9 years aviation experience
• 3,000 total fixed-wing hours
• 1,000 multi-engine hours
• 500 turbine hours
• FAA Multi-Engine ATP Certificate
• FAA First Class Medical Certificate with no waivers
• Ability to pass FAA pilot record and security background checks

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Current BE-350 type rating preferred

Compensation

Pilot 2 Salary Range:

• $111,000 – $166,600 annually

Pilot 3 Salary Range:

• $137,800 – $206,800 annually
