Position Summary

The Principal Airplane Pilot serves as Pilot-in-Command within Chevron’s Corporate Aviation Services, responsible for safe, efficient, and global flight operations while ensuring the highest standards of safety, compliance, and passenger experience. This position closes April 28 at 11:59pm CST.


Responsibilities
  • Serve as Pilot-in-Command for assigned aircraft
  • Ensure safe and efficient worldwide flight operations
  • Maintain compliance with FAA and ICAO regulations
  • Supervise flight crew and oversee all flight operations
  • Conduct flight planning, weather analysis, and operational decision-making
  • Complete pre- and post-flight inspections
  • Perform collateral duties and support operational projects
  • Maintain required training, qualifications, and proficiency

Requirements
  • FAA ATP Certificate
  • FAA First Class Medical
  • Gulfstream GVI (G650) Type Rating
  • 5,000 total flight hours
  • 2,500 multi-engine hours
  • 1,000 hours in type or large cabin equivalent
  • 200 hours flown in the last 12 months
  • EFIS / EICAS / FMS experience
  • Ability to operate internationally without restriction
  • Must be available for nights, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications
  • International and oceanic flight experience
  • Bachelor’s degree
