Position Summary
Seeking a Captain to support its growing Citation CJ3/CJ3+ flight operations. The Captain will operate point-to-point VIP missions with sector lengths ranging from one to five hours while ensuring the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and customer service.

Responsibilities
• Serve as Pilot in Command during Citation CJ3/CJ3+ operations
• Conduct safe and efficient VIP charter flights
• Operate point-to-point missions throughout the operating network
• Deliver exceptional customer service to passengers
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and aviation regulations
• Work independently within a small flight department
• Support the company’s continued fleet expansion and operational growth

Requirements
• Minimum 1,000 hours total flight time
• Ability to be based full-time at Amsterdam Airport Schiphol (EHAM)
• Willingness to travel with regular overnight stays (typically no more than three consecutive nights)
• Strong professionalism and ability to work independently
• Commitment to delivering VIP-level customer service

Preferred Qualifications
• Valid C25B Type Rating
• Previous Citation CJ3/CJ3+ experience
• Corporate/business aviation experience
