Description
Position Summary
The Jet Pilot serves as Pilot in Command for domestic and international corporate flight operations, providing safe, reliable, and flexible transportation for company passengers. This position coordinates closely with passengers, flight crewmembers, scheduling, and maintenance while maintaining high standards of safety, service, and operational judgment.
Schedule
• Full-time.
• Non-standard schedules including nights, weekends, and standby days may be required.
Responsibilities
• Serve as Pilot in Command for assigned corporate flights.
• Provide professional and service-focused transportation for passengers.
• Review and validate trip details before departure.
• Complete all required flight planning prior to operation.
• Operate aircraft in accordance with standard operating procedures and aircraft limitations.
• Comply with assigned schedules and operational directives.
• Coordinate with passengers, flight crewmembers, scheduling, and maintenance personnel.
• Participate in the Safety Management System.
• Maintain currency and proficiency in assigned aircraft.
• Perform additional flight department duties as delegated by the Chief Pilot or Assistant Chief Pilot.
• Must reside within 1.5 hours of Bradley International Airport.
Requirements
• FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate with Multi-Engine Rating.
• FAA First Class Medical Certificate.
• Minimum 3,000 hours Total Time.
• Minimum 2,000 hours PIC.
• Minimum seven years of corporate aviation, charter/Part 121, or military VIP aviation experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must successfully complete required drug screening, motor vehicle record check, and background check.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications
• Falcon 2000LXS experience.
• Falcon 8X experience.
• International and oceanic flight experience.
• Corporate flight department experience.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
