Description

Position Summary

The Captain is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a Gulfstream G650 supporting a managed aircraft client under Part 91 operations. This position operates as part of a three-pilot team supporting approximately 400 flight hours annually while maintaining high standards of safety, professionalism, and passenger service.


Schedule
• Full-time
• On-demand flight schedule
• Approximately 400 aircraft flight hours annually
• Varying hours including days, nights, weekdays, weekends, and holidays
• Must manage rest to remain prepared for flight duty during assigned tours


Responsibilities
• Ensure the safe and efficient execution of assigned flight schedules in accordance with regulatory and manufacturer requirements
• Welcome and brief passengers prior to flights, including itinerary and weather information
• Provide concierge-level passenger service throughout each trip
• Serve as a liaison between passengers and operational personnel during assigned trips
• Handle catering service and properly load and stow passenger baggage
• Maintain cabin cleanliness, organization, and stocking before each trip
• Support safe and professional Part 91 flight operations
• Perform additional duties as assigned


Requirements
• FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate
• FAA First-Class Medical Certificate
• Minimum 3,000 hours Total Flight Time
• Minimum 1,500 hours PIC
• Must reside within two hours of KDAL
• Unrestricted ability to travel worldwide
• Ability to work varying hours including days, nights, weekdays, weekends, and holidays
• Strong passenger-service and interpersonal skills
• Working knowledge of FAR Parts 91, 91K, and 135, ICAO, and international aviation regulations


Preferred Qualifications
• Gulfstream G650 Type Rating
• FAA Airframe & Powerplant Certificate or Aircraft Maintenance Engineer License
• Strong decision-making skills and attention to detail
• Professional and service-oriented demeanor
