Description

Position Summary
The Captain Pilot is responsible for operating company aircraft as PIC or SIC while providing safe, comfortable, and efficient corporate air transportation. The role supports flight planning, passenger service, regulatory compliance, aircraft readiness, and Safety Management System activities.

Responsibilities
• Serve as PIC or SIC as assigned
• Ensure the safety of flight and airworthiness of company aircraft
• Review weather and NOTAMs prior to flight
• Calculate aircraft performance and weight and balance
• File flight plans and maintain compliance with FAA regulations and ICAO standards
• Operate aircraft in accordance with manufacturer and company Standard Operating Procedures
• Coordinate passenger security requirements, ground transportation, catering, and baggage handling
• Participate in the Flight Department Safety Management System (SMS)
• Identify and report operational hazards
• Complete required training and maintain qualifications on assigned aircraft
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the Chief Pilot


Requirements
• ATP-CTP completed
• Current FAA First Class Medical Certificate
• Valid U.S. Passport
• Minimum 1,500 hours Total Flight Time
• Minimum 500 hours Multi-Engine Turbine Flight Time
• Strong knowledge of aircraft systems, avionics, Air Traffic Control procedures, Federal Aviation Regulations, and navigation systems and procedures
• Experience with EFBs, ARINC, and ForeFlight
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook
• Strong decision-making, customer service, multitasking, communication, and problem-solving skills


Preferred Qualifications
• FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate
• CL-604 Type Rating covering Challenger 604/605/650 or EMB-550 Type Rating
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 6–10 years corporate flying experience
• Minimum 5,000 hours Total Flight Time
• Minimum 2,500 hours Multi-Engine Jet Flight Time
• Recent international flight experience
