Description

Position Summary

The Captain Pilot conducts Corporate flight operations, serving as either PIC or SIC as assigned while providing safe, comfortable, and efficient transportation. The position includes responsibility for flight safety, aircraft airworthiness, flight planning, passenger service, and compliance with applicable FAA and ICAO requirements.

Responsibilities
• Serve as PIC or SIC on assigned company flights.
• Ensure the safety of flight and airworthiness of assigned aircraft.
• Review weather conditions and NOTAMs and calculate aircraft performance, weight, and balance.
• Prepare and file flight plans.
• Operate aircraft in accordance with FAA regulations, ICAO standards, manufacturer procedures, and applicable SOPs.
• Coordinate passenger requirements including security, ground transportation, catering, and baggage handling.
• Participate in the Flight Department Safety Management System, including hazard identification and reporting.
• Complete required training and maintain qualification on assigned aircraft.
• Perform additional flight department responsibilities as assigned.


Requirements
• ATP-CTP completed.
• FAA First Class Medical Certificate.
• Valid U.S. passport.
• Minimum 1,500 hours Total Time.
• Minimum 500 hours Multi-Engine Turbine.
• Strong knowledge of aircraft systems, avionics, Air Traffic Control procedures, Federal Aviation Regulations, and navigation systems and procedures.
• Proficiency with electronic flight bag applications and aviation flight-planning tools.
• Strong decision-making, communication, customer service, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.


Preferred Qualifications
• FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate.
• Challenger 604/605/650 Type Rating or EMB-550 Type Rating.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5,000 hours Total Time.
• 2,500 hours Multi-Engine Jet.
• 6–10 years of corporate flying experience.
• Recent international flight experience.
