Description

Position Summary

The Corporate Pilot (PIC) is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the Gulfstream G280 while supporting corporate flight operations. This position ensures compliance with FAA regulations, company policies, and aircraft operating procedures while delivering exceptional passenger service and maintaining the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and operational excellence.


Schedule
• Full-Time
• Travel as required to support corporate flight operations


Responsibilities
• Serve as Pilot in Command (PIC) during all assigned corporate flight operations
• Operate company aircraft in accordance with FAA regulations, aircraft flight manuals, and company procedures
• Conduct pre-flight and post-flight inspections and ensure aircraft readiness
• Review weather reports, NOTAMs, and complete weight and balance calculations before each flight
• Deliver required passenger safety briefings prior to departure
• Complete all cockpit checks in accordance with aircraft flight manuals and company standard operating procedures
• Maintain company-issued electronic flight devices and operational equipment
• Report mechanical discrepancies and maintenance concerns promptly to the Chief Pilot
• Ensure the safety and well-being of passengers, crew, and aircraft throughout all phases of flight


Requirements
• FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate
• FAA First Class Medical Certificate
• Valid U.S. Passport
• Minimum 3,500 hours total flight time
• Minimum 1,000 hours multi-engine Pilot in Command (PIC) time
• Minimum 500 hours jet flight time
• No accidents, incidents, or violations within the previous five years

• Gulfstream G280 Type Rating
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Outstanding customer service experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Experience utilizing AI-powered productivity tools
