Position Summary

The First Officer supports the safe and efficient operation of the Bombardier Global 8000 during domestic and international corporate flight operations. This position assists the Captain in all phases of flight while ensuring compliance with company procedures and aviation regulations, maintaining the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and customer service.

Responsibilities
• Assist the Captain during all phases of flight operations
• Coordinate with the Captain and passengers regarding operational issues or schedule changes
• Ensure aircraft operations comply with company operating manuals, standard operating procedures, and applicable aviation regulations
• Assist with aircraft documentation and verify the aircraft is airworthy prior to departure
• Perform assigned flight duties in accordance with aircraft limitations, procedures, and performance requirements
• Monitor aircraft navigation and terrain clearance throughout all phases of flight
• Promote effective Crew Resource Management (CRM) and maintain a professional cockpit environment
• Verify passenger travel documentation prior to departure
• Conduct passenger safety briefings when delegated by the Captain
• Communicate flight information, weather, and operational updates to passengers as assigned
• Report operational abnormalities, incidents, defects, or safety concerns through appropriate reporting channels
• Comply with all flight time, duty time, and rest requirements
• Verify Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) synchronization before each flight
• Maintain compliance with all internal policies and external regulatory requirements

Requirements
• Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL)
• Current Bombardier Global 8000 Type Rating
• Minimum 1,500 hours total flight time
• Minimum 1,000 hours multi-engine flight time
• Minimum 500 hours jet flight time
• Minimum 200 hours on Bombardier Global 8000 aircraft
• Corporate or business aviation experience
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Basic Microsoft Office proficiency
