Position Summary
The Fractional Phenom 300 Second in Command (SIC) assists in all aspects of complex and dynamic aircraft operations while supporting safe and efficient transportation for fractional ownership customers. This role works closely with fellow crewmembers to deliver exceptional service and maintain the highest standards of safety and professionalism.

Responsibilities
• Assist with all phases of flight operations in the Phenom 300
• Support safe and efficient aircraft operations
• Collaborate with fellow flight crewmembers during flight assignments
• Deliver exceptional customer service to fractional ownership clients
• Maintain compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements
• Participate in instrument competency evaluations as required
• Support operational excellence and company safety initiatives

Requirements
• Commercial Pilot Certificate
• Valid U.S. Passport
• FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit
• Ability to obtain a First Class Medical Certificate
• Minimum 900 Hours Fixed-Wing Flight Time (excluding simulator time)
• Minimum 25 Hours Multi-Engine Time
• Four-Year Degree
• Current Flight Instructor actively instructing
• Ability to pass an instrument competency check in assigned aircraft category
• Ability to lift 50 pounds

Preferred Qualifications
• 1,500+ Hours Total Flight Time
• Recent Corporate Aviation Experience
• No Type Rating Required
