Position Summary
The Pilot is responsible for the safe and efficient single-pilot operation of the King Air 200GT and Cessna T210 while managing all aspects of the corporate flight department. This position oversees aircraft readiness, maintenance coordination, scheduling, regulatory compliance, and flight operations while supporting executive travel under Part 91.
Schedule
• Full-Time
• Approximately 150 flight hours annually.
• Single-pilot Part 91 operations.
Responsibilities
• Operate the King Air 200GT and Cessna T210 in accordance with Federal Aviation Regulations and company policies.
• Manage day-to-day flight department operations.
• Coordinate aircraft maintenance, scheduling, and operational readiness.
• Coordinate executive travel plans with company leadership.
• Arrange ground transportation, fuel stops, FBO services, and airport support.
• Monitor weather and operational conditions for safe flight decisions.
• Conduct pre-flight inspections and routine aircraft checks.
• Maintain relationships with maintenance providers, FBOs, and regulatory agencies.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain flight department documentation.
Requirements
• FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate.
• Multi-Engine Rating.
• Instrument Rating.
• High-Altitude Endorsement.
• Minimum 3,000 Hours Total Flight Time.
• Minimum 1,500 Hours Multi-Engine Time.
• Minimum 1,000 Hours Turboprop Time.
• Minimum 250 Hours in King Air 200 aircraft.
• Proven single-pilot PIC cross-country experience.
• Thorough knowledge of FAA regulations and aviation safety practices.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate.
• Previous corporate flight department management experience.
