Position Summary

The Lead Captain serves as Pilot in Command for a dedicated Gulfstream G650 operating under Part 91. This position leads a three-pilot flight department, ensuring safe and efficient flight operations while delivering a concierge-level experience for passengers and overseeing crew scheduling, performance, and operational readiness.

Schedule
• Full-Time.
• On-demand flight schedule.
• Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities
• Serve as Pilot in Command for Part 91 flight operations.
• Lead and manage a team of three pilots and one cabin server.
• Manage pilot duty schedules, training schedules, expense reports, and annual performance evaluations.
• Coordinate with Client Service Managers regarding aircraft scheduling and operational changes.
• Coordinate maintenance test, training, and repositioning flights.
• Ensure compliance with FAA regulations, manufacturer guidance, and company procedures.
• Welcome passengers, conduct pre-flight briefings, and provide concierge-level customer service.
• Oversee in-flight service, baggage handling, aircraft stocking, and cabin readiness.
• Mentor and develop assigned flight crew members.
• Perform additional operational duties as assigned.

Requirements
• FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate.
• FAA First-Class Medical Certificate.
• Gulfstream G650 Type Rating.
• Minimum 5,000 hours total flight time.
• Minimum 2,500 hours Pilot in Command.
• Residence within 2 hours of Dallas Love Field (KDAL).
• Ability to travel internationally without restrictions.
• Ability to work varying schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Working knowledge of FAR Parts 91, 91K, 135, ICAO, and international regulations.

Preferred Qualifications
• FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate or Aircraft Maintenance Engineer License.
