Description

Position Summary
The Pilot supports owner-operated Citation aircraft under a managed Part 91 aircraft program, providing professional flight operations and day-to-day aircraft support. This position is responsible for safe and compliant flight operations while coordinating trip planning, aircraft care, maintenance requirements, and owner travel needs.

Responsibilities
• Serve as Pilot in Command as assigned
• Conduct safe, legal, and efficient flight operations
• Perform flight scheduling and trip planning activities
• Provide aircraft systems, avionics, and operational expertise to aircraft owners
• Communicate PIC responsibilities and safe operating standards to aircraft owners
• Perform pre-flight and post-flight aircraft inspections
• Identify and report mechanical or cosmetic discrepancies
• Coordinate with maintenance personnel to maintain aircraft airworthiness and inspection compliance
• Ensure aircraft meets applicable MNPS, RVSM, and RNP requirements
• Monitor flight schedules, crew duty limitations, rest requirements, runway requirements, and weather minimums
• Maintain compliance with applicable FAA and ICAO regulations and operating procedures
• Maintain required training and flight currency
• Complete initial, recurrent, emergency procedures, crew coordination, and international procedures training as required
• Maintain aircraft flight logs and required flight documentation
• Update aircraft navigation equipment and documentation
• Perform light aircraft cleaning and other day-to-day aircraft support duties
• Coordinate vacation requests as required


Requirements
• FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate
• Ability to obtain and maintain an FAA First Class Medical Certificate
• Minimum 1,000 hours in turboprop, turbofan, or turbojet aircraft
• Ability to obtain and maintain a valid U.S. Passport
• Valid Driver’s License
• Passport must have at least six months remaining before expiration
• Ability to consistently meet customer insurance requirements
• Must reside within a two-hour drive of the managed aircraft base


Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Aviation or Aerospace-related field
• Minimum 3 years of aviation industry experience when applicable
• FAA Flight Instructor Certificate
• Cessna Citation 525 Series Type Rating
• 3,000 hours Total Flight Time
• International operating experience
• Citation aircraft experience
• Multi-crew environment experience
