Description

Position Summary

The Co-Captain supports the Captain in the safe, efficient, and professional operation of company aircraft while providing corporate air transportation for company personnel and guests. This position serves as Second in Command during assigned flights and may also act as Pilot in Command when required, ensuring compliance with FAA regulations and delivering exceptional customer service.

• Non-Commutable Position
• Travel including weekdays, weekends, nights, and overnights as required


Responsibilities
• Serve as Second in Command and Pilot in Command as assigned
• Conduct preflight inspections and verify aircraft airworthiness
• Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and company policies
• Prepare flight plans and evaluate weather and operational conditions
• Coordinate aircraft handling, fueling, and ground services with FBOs
• Review aircraft performance, fuel requirements, and weight and balance
• Maintain aircraft cleanliness and passenger amenities
• Coordinate catering and ground transportation arrangements
• Deliver exceptional customer service to passengers
• Support safe, efficient, and timely corporate flight operations


Requirements
• Commercial Multi-Engine Certificate
• Ability to obtain an FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate
• FAA First Class Medical Certificate
• Valid Passport with the ability to travel to Canada
• Minimum 2,000 hours total flight time
• Minimum 500 hours multi-engine turbine time
• Meet FAA instrument and night landing currency requirements
• Strong communication and aeronautical decision-making skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
