Description

Position Summary
The Pilot is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of company aircraft while supporting all aspects of corporate flight operations, including flight planning, passenger service, aircraft scheduling, record keeping, and maintenance coordination. This position ensures compliance with FAA regulations and company operating procedures while maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism.


Schedule
• Full-Time
• Occasional 12–14-hour duty days
• Occasional nights and weekends


Responsibilities
• Safely operate company aircraft in accordance with FAA regulations and company procedures
• Serve as Pilot Flying (PF) and Pilot-in-Command (PIC) when assigned
• Conduct flight planning and evaluate weather conditions
• Monitor aircraft performance, fuel requirements, and alternate airports
• Maintain aircraft readiness and oversee routine servicing
• Maintain aircraft and pilot flight records using PFM software
• Assist with flight scheduling and reporting
• Coordinate schedule changes with the Chief Pilot and Travel Desk
• Assist with passenger scheduling
• Verify navigation databases, charts, and required FAA publications
• Coordinate fueling, de-icing, and other services with Fixed Base Operators (FBOs)
• Support aircraft maintenance planning and implementation


Requirements
• Commercial Pilot License
• Instrument Rating
• Multi-Engine Rating
• Minimum 1,500 Total Flight Hours
• High School Diploma
• FAA Class I or Class II Medical Certificate
• Ability to obtain an FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate within one year of hire
• Ability to obtain a King Air BE-300 Type Rating within one year of hire
• Strong knowledge of FAA regulations and corporate flight operations
• Strong Crew Resource Management (CRM), communication, and decision-making skills


Preferred Qualifications
• Minimum 2,000 Total Flight Hours
• Minimum 1,000 Pilot-in-Command (PIC) Hours in Multi-Engine Aircraft
• Minimum 500 Turboprop Hours
• Minimum 50 Hours in BE-300
• FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate
• King Air BE-300 Type Rating
• Current King Air 350/360 simulator-based training
• Two years of college or equivalent technical experience
