Description

Position Summary

The Pilot (Captain) is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of company aircraft during domestic and international corporate flight operations. Serving as Pilot in Command (PIC), this position exercises final authority over assigned flights while ensuring compliance with FAA regulations, company procedures, and the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and customer service.


Schedule
• Full-Time
• Availability to support trips scheduled on short notice


Responsibilities
• Serve as Pilot in Command during domestic and international flight operations
• Plan, coordinate, and execute complex flight missions
• Operate company aircraft in accordance with FAA regulations, company procedures, and aircraft flight manuals
• Participate in the company’s Safety Management System (SMS) and security programs to identify and mitigate operational risk
• Lead and contribute to aviation projects that improve flight operations and passenger service
• Deliver a first-class passenger experience while maintaining professionalism, discretion, and exceptional customer service


Requirements
• FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate
• Ability to obtain and maintain an FAA First Class Medical Certificate
• Minimum 3,500 hours total flight time
• Minimum 1,500 hours Pilot in Command (PIC) time
• Minimum 1,000 hours turbine PIC time
• Minimum three years of full-time experience as a corporate, charter, or military VIP transport pilot
• No history of aircraft accidents, incidents, or FAA violations
• Valid passport without travel restrictions
• Authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship


Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree
• Gulfstream GVII (G500/G600) flight experience
• Experience supporting or managing aviation programs such as Safety Management Systems (SMS), Flight Operational Quality Assurance (FOQA), security, or international operations
