Position Summary
The Certified Flight Instructor (CFI/CFII) provides ground and flight instruction in accordance with FAA regulations and academy standards. This position is responsible for developing student pilots while maintaining the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and instructional excellence.

Schedule
• Full-Time
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities
• Provide flight and ground instruction in accordance with FAA regulations
• Develop lesson plans and training materials
• Conduct pre-flight and post-flight briefings
• Administer written and practical examinations
• Maintain accurate student training and flight records
• Communicate student progress with students and sponsors
• Promote safe flight operations and regulatory compliance
• Assist with student recruitment and retention
• Participate in continuing education and professional development

Requirements
• FAA Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) Certificate
• FAA Certified Flight Instructor Instrument (CFII) Certificate
• Minimum 2 years of flight instruction experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test

• Bachelor’s Degree in Aviation or a related field
