Description
Position Summary
The Flight Instructor is responsible for providing airline-oriented flight and ground instruction to cadet pilots enrolled in the Flight Training Academy. This position conducts training in accordance with FAA Part 141 regulations, academy procedures, and airline training standards while promoting professionalism, operational excellence, and a strong safety culture.

Responsibilities
• Provide safe and effective flight and ground instruction in accordance with the FAA-approved Part 141 Training Syllabus.
• Ensure students maintain required flight proficiency and aviation knowledge.
• Follow Academy Standard Operating Procedures during all training activities.
• Promote professionalism among instructors and students.
• Support and promote the Academy’s safety culture during daily flight operations.
Requirements
• FAA Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) Certificate.
• FAA Class III Medical Certificate.
Preferred Qualifications
• Previous instructional experience at an FAA Part 141 flight school.
