Position Summary
The Ground School Instructor is responsible for delivering ATP-CTP, Boeing 737, and Airbus A320 ground school instruction in classroom, simulator, and practical training environments. This position also supports curriculum development, conducts Crew Resource Management (CRM) training, maintains training records, and assists with the continuous improvement of training programs.

Schedule
• Full-Time
• Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
• Must be available to work flexible hours as needed
• Overtime as required
• Domestic and international travel as required

Responsibilities
• Deliver ATP-CTP classroom and simulator instruction
• Conduct Boeing 737 and Airbus A320 academic systems training
• Deliver Crew Resource Management (CRM) training
• Assist with the development of new training curricula
• Review and update existing lesson plans and course materials
• Recommend improvements to training policies and procedures
• Conduct instructor ground training and student remediation
• Support training program development projects
• Maintain student records and monitor training progress
• Perform quality assurance, safety, security, and administrative duties
• Maintain proficiency in emergency procedures and assigned training devices
• Ensure compliance with company security and data protection policies
• Perform other assigned duties

Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum five years of flight experience under FAR Part 121
• FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate with Multi-Engine Rating
• FAA Aircraft Type Rating (when conducting Flight Training Device instruction)
• Ability to maintain emergency procedure proficiency
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to work overtime and flexible schedules
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
• Strong problem-solving ability
• Computer proficiency
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
