Description
Position Summary
The Instructor Pilot delivers ground school and simulator-based training for Pilatus PC-12 NGX Initial, Recurrent, Differences, and Specialty courses. This position provides individualized instruction, evaluates pilot progress, identifies areas for improvement, and delivers constructive feedback through briefings and debriefings.
Schedule
• Full-Time.
Responsibilities
• Deliver standardized training in classroom and simulator environments.
• Provide Initial, Recurrent, Differences, and Specialty training.
• Conduct training in accordance with company standards and safety requirements.
• Evaluate pilot progress and identify areas requiring additional development.
• Tailor instruction to individual customer training needs.
• Provide constructive and actionable feedback through briefings and debriefings.
• Communicate effectively through verbal, written, listening, and presentation skills.
Requirements
• FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate.
• FAA CFI or CFII rating.
• Minimum 1,000 hours total flight time.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and web-based programs.
• Fluency in spoken, written, and read English.
Preferred Qualifications
• Previous Pilatus PC-12 experience.
• College degree.
