Description

Position Summary

The Bell 412 Captain is responsible for the safe and professional operation of Bell 412 helicopters while supporting missions in remote and challenging environments. This position requires strict adherence to operational standards, regulatory compliance, and flight safety, with opportunities to support flight operations management or serve as Chief Pilot based on operational requirements.

Responsibilities
• Serve as Pilot in Command for Bell 412 helicopter operations
• Conduct VFR and IFR flight operations safely and efficiently
• Maintain compliance with company policies and aviation regulations
• Promote the highest standards of flight safety and operational discipline
• Support flight operations management and administrative responsibilities as assigned
• Perform Chief Pilot duties when required
• Demonstrate effective Crew Resource Management (CRM) and leadership
• Operate in remote and challenging environments
• Maintain required pilot qualifications and operational currency


Requirements
• Indonesian citizen
• ICAO ATPL(H)
• Bell 412 Type Rating
• Instrument Rating – Helicopter (IR(H))
• Class 1 Medical Certificate
• ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 or higher
• Minimum 3,000 total helicopter flight hours
• Minimum 1,500 hours Pilot in Command
• Minimum 1,000 hours PIC on multi-engine helicopters
• Minimum 500 hours Bell 412 flight time
• VFR and IFR operational experience
• Strong leadership, communication, administrative, and decision-making skills
• Willingness to be based and deployed in remote operational areas
• No history of aviation accidents, serious incidents, or license suspension/revocation


Preferred Qualifications
• 1,000 hours Bell 412 flight time
• External-load or long-line experience
• Flight Instructor qualification
• Previous Chief Pilot or flight operations management experience
