Position Summary

The CFI Initial Flight Instructor is responsible for managing and delivering training for initial flight instructor applicants, ensuring high standards in both ground and flight instruction.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ground and flight training for initial CFI applicants
• Manage and oversee the Initial Flight Instructor Applicant program
• Ensure training quality and student progression
• Maintain instructional standards and safety compliance

Requirements

• CFI, CFII, MEI
• Minimum 2 years active flight instructor experience
• Minimum 500 hours dual given

Preferred Qualifications

• 4 years active flight instructor experience
