About the Company

Ocean Aviation Flight Academy is an FAA Part 141 flight school and Cessna Pilot Center with a long history of training pilots from around the world. Based on Maryland’s Eastern Shore, the academy offers high-quality instruction in less congested airspace while maintaining a personalized training environment.


Position Summary

The Flight Instructor is responsible for delivering high-quality flight training in a busy Part 141 environment, supporting student progression while maintaining safety and instructional standards.


Responsibilities

• Provide flight instruction in a Part 141 training environment
• Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and training standards
• Support student progress and completion of certifications
• Maintain professionalism and safety in all operations
• Work closely with Chief Flight Instructor and training staff


Requirements

• Commercial Pilot Certificate
• Certified Flight Instructor (CFI)
• Current and ready to instruct
• Strong communication and instructional ability


Preferred Qualifications

• CFII and/or MEI
• Part 141 experience (training provided if not)
