Position Summary
Tennessee Flight Training is seeking motivated Flight Instructors to join a fast-growing team, providing high-quality instruction while helping pilots build hours quickly in a high-traffic training environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide flight and ground instruction to students
- Support student progression through training programs
- Maintain high safety and instructional standards
- Operate in busy Class C airspace
- Assist students in achieving checkride success
Requirements
- FAA Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) or in process of obtaining
- Strong communication and teaching ability
- Passion for aviation and student success
- Must provide aviation history, certificates, and education experience
Preferred Qualifications
- CFII / MEI
- Prior instructional experience
