Position Summary

Tennessee Flight Training is seeking motivated Flight Instructors to join a fast-growing team, providing high-quality instruction while helping pilots build hours quickly in a high-traffic training environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide flight and ground instruction to students
• Support student progression through training programs
• Maintain high safety and instructional standards
• Operate in busy Class C airspace
• Assist students in achieving checkride success

Requirements

• FAA Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) or in process of obtaining
• Strong communication and teaching ability
• Passion for aviation and student success
• Must provide aviation history, certificates, and education experience

Preferred Qualifications

• CFII / MEI
• Prior instructional experience
