Position Summary

The Praetor Instructor Pilot delivers simulator and ground training while supporting pilot development, instructional excellence, and customer training operations across assigned aircraft platforms.

Responsibilities

• Deliver simulator and ground school training
• Conduct pre-flight and post-flight simulator briefings
• Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned aircraft platforms
• Maintain training records and instructional qualifications
• Support customer and internal course development
• Recommend remedial training when necessary
• Support evaluation and check airman duties following qualification

Requirements

• ATP Certificate or ATP Written completed
• Basic computer proficiency
• Participation in DOT Drug & Alcohol Program
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong communication and teaching skills

Preferred Qualifications

• PIC Type Rating preferred
• Part 135 experience preferred
• 3,000+ Total Flight Hours preferred
• Business jet experience
• Prior instructional experience
