Position Summary

The Helicopter Pilot is responsible for safely conducting utility helicopter operations, including external load and aerial support missions, in UH-60 Black Hawk and UH-1H helicopters. This position supports a variety of utility projects while maintaining the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and customer service in a dynamic operational environment.

Responsibilities
• Safely operate UH-60 and UH-1H helicopters during utility operations
• Conduct external load (long-line/vertical reference) missions
• Support aerial crane and utility helicopter operations
• Maintain proficiency in assigned aircraft
• Complete required flight and operational documentation
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Communicate effectively with customers, supervisors, vendors, and team members
• Demonstrate professionalism, flexibility, and adaptability during changing project requirements
• Protect confidential customer and company information
• Maintain the company’s commitment to safety and exceptional customer service

Requirements
• FAA Commercial Rotorcraft-Helicopter Certificate
• Valid U.S. Passport
• Minimum 1,500 Total Flight Hours
• Minimum 250 Hours PIC or SIC in the UH-60 Black Hawk
• Minimum 200 Hours PIC or SIC in the Bell 205/UH-1 (or similar aircraft)
• Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills
• Professional attitude with a commitment to safety and customer service
• Ability to adapt to changing schedules and project requirements
• Ability to remain proficient in both UH-60 and UH-1 utility helicopters
• Experience operating single and multi-engine helicopters in varying conditions, including offshore operations

Preferred Qualifications
• Minimum 350 Hours Long-Line / Vertical Reference Flight Time
• U.S. Forest Service (USFS) Helicopter Pilot Qualification Card
• Firefighting awareness and operational familiarity
• FlightSafety (or equivalent) training
