Sentinel Services LLC - March 2, 2024 I am the Assistant Chief Flight Instructor at Sentinel Services, I help oversee the day-to-day training environment to make sure both instructors and students are progressing smoothly. I support and mentor our CFIs, review students’ progress, and make sure training is being delivered consistently and in line with our standards. I also
step in to troubleshoot scheduling issues, training delays, or gaps in student understanding . Overall, my job is to keep the operation running efficiently while ensuring every student not just my own is on track, supported, and receiving safe, high-quality instruction.
