Be in charge of supervising the various platform staff, passengers boarding and disembarking, fuel supply, catering and all flight related essential services. Manage a whole team of runway agents in charge of the aircraft following the company recommendations. Make decisions to not threaten the passengers safety, and guarantee the plane on time departure.
