I am a check flight instructor at California Aeronautical University, teaching students how to fly in Cessna 172 S/N/M aircraft. Many of my students whom I have sent to checkrides passed on their first attempt. I was one of the Air Force’s Aim High program instructors during the summer break for 3 years. I am originally from Australia and am now a U.S. citizen. I moved to California with my wife in November 2019. Before I moved from Australia, I was in the coal mining industry for almost 15 years, operating a variety of heavy mining equipment. I have developed flexibility and a safety-conscious attitude through my work experience, which I have applied to my life.
