My experience as a Gold Seal CFI, CFII, MEI, and IGI has allowed me to develop strong technical knowledge,
sound decision-making skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in high-pressure and complex
environments. As a flight instructor at the Navy Annapolis Flight Center and Community College of Baltimore
County, I trained and mentored students across Part 61 and Part 141 environments, successfully guiding 48
students to completion with a 99% pass rate. My responsibilities included flight and ground instruction,
simulator training, evaluation of operational and emergency procedures, FAA knowledge-test preparation,
and maintaining detailed training records.
Most recently, I served as a First Officer Trainee with Endeavor Air, where I completed initial indoctrination
and aircraft systems training and gained valuable exposure to Part 121 airline operations. This experience
strengthened my understanding of airline procedures, CRM, SOP adherence, FAA compliance, and the
professionalism required in a multi-crew airline environment.
Throughout my aviation career, I have remained committed to continuous learning, safety, and professional
development. My experience with simulator and live-flight training, combined with my extensive instructional
background, has prepared me to transition effectively into an airline cockpit and contribute positively as a
dependable and safety-focused First Officer.
