I am an aviation professional with a passion for safe, disciplined, and efficient flight operations. My career has been built on a foundation of leadership, professionalism, and a commitment to developing both my own skills and those of the pilots I have had the privilege to instruct. With my experience as a professional pilot, I bring a unique blend of operational expertise, instructional leadership, and a safety-first mindset that is valued in the aviation industry today.

As commercial pilot and flight instructor, I have consistently demonstrated sound aeronautical decision-making, effective risk management, teaching prowess, and a commitment to operating within the highest standards of safety and regulatory compliance. I understand that every flight requires preparation, situational awareness, adaptability, and teamwork to ensure safe and efficient operations in constantly changing environments.

As Chief Flight Instructor at Highland Aero, I led the development of pilots while overseeing instructor standardization, training quality, FAA compliance, and operational safety. Beyond teaching technical flying skills, I focused on building strong decision-making abilities, professionalism, Crew Resource Management (CRM), and a culture of accountability. Teaching pilots to become safe, confident, and dependable aviators has been one of the most rewarding aspects of my career.

I believe successful flight operations are built on communication, humility, continuous learning, and teamwork. Whether working alongside fellow pilots, maintenance personnel, dispatchers, air traffic control, or training departments, I strive to foster collaboration and maintain the highest standards of professionalism.

I look forward to joining an organization that values continuous improvement, operational excellence, and a strong safety culture while providing opportunities to grow as a professional aviator.
