Position Summary

The Aviation Maintenance Instructor teaches students aircraft systems, maintenance, and repair through hands-on training, preparing them for careers in aviation maintenance.


Responsibilities
  • Create an engaging learning environment for students
  • Provide hands-on instruction in aircraft systems and maintenance
  • Demonstrate real-world diagnostics and repair techniques
  • Support curriculum development and course improvements
  • Mentor students and guide individual projects
  • Promote safety procedures and best practices

Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 5 years of aviation maintenance experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to mentor and teach students

Preferred Qualifications
  • FAA A&P License (or ability to obtain, company sponsored)
