Position Summary

The Praetor Instructor Pilot is responsible for delivering high-quality simulator and ground training, supporting pilot development, and serving as a subject matter expert across assigned aircraft platforms.

Responsibilities

• Deliver simulator and ground training in accordance with regulations and curriculum
• Conduct pre- and post-flight briefings
• Act as subject matter expert for training programs
• Evaluate trainee performance and recommend additional training
• Maintain training records and instructor qualifications
• Support course development and training improvements
• Progress to Training Center Evaluator (TCE) role

Requirements

• ATP Certificate (or ATP written complete)
• Strong communication and instructional ability
• Must participate in DOT Drug & Alcohol program
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications

• PIC Type Rating
• 3,000+ total flight hours
• Part 135 experience
• Business aviation experience
• Prior instructional experience
