Position Summary
The Aerial Survey Pilot is responsible for conducting aerial mapping missions as Pilot in Command, ensuring safe operations while supporting geospatial data collection and working closely with ATC and operational teams.
Responsibilities
• Operate aircraft as Pilot in Command for aerial mapping missions
• Coordinate airspace and flight activities with ATC
• Maintain strong focus on safety, environmental protection, and operational standards
• Support geospatial data collection missions
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and aviation regulations
• Travel extensively to support mission requirements
Requirements
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Commercial Pilot Certificate (Multi-Engine) with IFR rating
• Valid passport and driver’s license
• Minimum 500 total hours (750 preferred)
• Minimum 50 multi-engine hours (100 preferred)
• Aerial mapping or PIC experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Ability to travel internationally for extended periods (30–45 days)
Preferred Qualifications
• FAA ATP (Multi-Engine)
• Experience in C-441, C-310, or PA-31-350
• Previous aerial survey or mapping experience
