Position Summary

The Certified Flight Instructor (CFI/CFII/MEI) is responsible for delivering high-quality flight and ground instruction, supporting student success, and maintaining strong training outcomes in a structured environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide flight and ground instruction for multiple certification levels
• Prepare students for FAA checkrides and exams
• Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and company procedures
• Maintain student training records and progress
• Support high-volume flight training operations
• Promote a safe and professional training environment

Requirements

• FAA Certified Flight Instructor (CFI)
• CFII and/or MEI preferred
• Ability to build 80+ flight hours per month
• Strong communication and instructional skills
• Ability to work in a structured Part 141/61 environment
• Passion for teaching and aviation safety

Preferred Qualifications

• CFII and MEI certifications
• Previous instructing experience
• Career-oriented instructors pursuing airline pathway
