Position Summary

The Part-Time ATP-CTP Instructor Pilot is responsible for delivering simulator and ground-based training within the E170/190 ATP-CTP program, ensuring high-quality instruction and pilot readiness.

Responsibilities

• Deliver simulator and ground training for ATP-CTP program
• Conduct pre- and post-flight simulator briefings
• Provide instruction for licenses, type ratings, and certifications
• Maintain accurate training records and documentation
• Recommend remedial training when necessary
• Support curriculum development and training standards
• Serve as subject matter expert when required

Requirements

• FAA ATP Certificate
• E170/190 Type Rating
• 2+ years Part 121 or 135 experience
• Strong knowledge of aviation regulations
• Ability to work night shifts
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior instructor or simulator instructor experience
• Additional A320 or B737 type rating
• Qualification for simulator instructor designation
